Eligibility for Return or Exchange

Returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.

Only products purchased directly from Heistt.com are eligible.

Returns are not accepted for size or color preference if the item matches the product description and size chart.
How to Request a Return or Exchange

Our team will get back to you within 24–48 hours with instructions.
Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the return shipping unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

We will share the return address via email once your request is approved.

Please ensure proper packaging and use a reliable courier service with tracking.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
