✓ Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition

✓ All tags and labels must be attached

✓ Products must be in their original packaging

✓ Only items purchased directly from Heistt.com are eligible

Please note: We cannot accept returns for size or color preference if the item matches the product description and our size chart.

How to Start Your Return

2. Include your order number and reason for return

3. If the item is damaged or incorrect, attach clear photos

4. Our team will respond within 24-48 hours with next steps

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

• The item received is damaged

• We sent you the wrong product

• There's a manufacturing defect

Once your return is approved, we'll provide you with the return address. Please use a trackable shipping service for your protection.

Refunds
