Return & Exchange Policy

At Heistt, we want you to love what you wear. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


Eligibility for Return or Exchange

  • Returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.

  • Only products purchased directly from Heistt.com are eligible.

  • Returns are not accepted for size or color preference if the item matches the product description and size chart.


How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Fill out the form at contact us page with:

    • Your order number

    • The reason for return or exchange

    • A clear photo of the product (if damaged or incorrect item)

  2. Our team will get back to you within 24–48 hours with instructions.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

  • We will share the return address via email once your request is approved.

  • Please ensure proper packaging and use a reliable courier service with tracking.


Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval.

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.


Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • If the requested size/color is unavailable, you can choose a different item of equal value or request a refund.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or washed products

  • Items returned after 7 days

  • Any item not in its original condition
